Hi Decora - Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Hi Decora provides decoration and event styling services for birthdays, engagements, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Our services include themed decorations, balloon arrangements, floral setups, backdrops, lighting, and personalized add-ons.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, app, or official WhatsApp number.
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Final balance is to be paid before the event setup begins.
• Customization details (themes, colors, quantities) must be finalized at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Packages & Customization

• We offer pre-defined packages as well as fully customizable setups.
• Customers may choose quantity options (e.g., 200pcs, 300pcs balloons) and style options (e.g., Golden-White, Blue-Green, etc.).
• Extras like ribbons, LED lights, or props can be added at additional cost.

4. Payment Policy

• Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (only if agreed).
• Advance is non-refundable if the event is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to setup time.
• Final payments must be cleared before event execution. Delayed payments may result in cancellation.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the event date.
• 50% advance is forfeited for cancellations between 24–48 hours before event.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled setup time.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability and 24-hour prior notice.

6. On-Site Terms

• Client must ensure access to venue at least 2 hours before event start time.
• Any delay in venue access may shorten setup time without compensation.
• Hi Decora is not responsible for any damages caused post-setup due to crowd, weather, or third parties.

7. Safety & Liability

• All materials used are safe and non-hazardous. However, balloon pops, electrical lights, etc., should be kept away from children unless supervised.
• Hi Decora will not be liable for any injuries or losses during or after the event caused by mishandling of decor.

8. Photography & Promotion

• Hi Decora may click photos of decor setups for marketing purposes.
• Client identity or faces will never be used without explicit permission.
• If you wish to opt-out of promotional use, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

9. Force Majeure

Hi Decora will not be held liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, or governmental restrictions.
